Meet Sarah
Sarah is a massage therapist, but what she’s really offering is something quieter and more considered than that. Balance. The kind that comes from learning to listen to your own body, from someone who genuinely believes that you are the expert in yours.
Her focus is women’s health. Supporting women through chronic and acute pain, through the postpartum fog, through the everyday accumulation of stress that gets normalised far too easily. Relaxation and deep tissue massage, delivered mobile and at Jenna Blair’s yoga studio, meeting her clients where they are, literally and otherwise.
She trained in 2023. Took time out to have her daughter. Came back with even more intention. This year she’s adding neck and shoulder specialism, hot stone massage, and postpartum care packages, the kind that wrap around the whole experience of new motherhood, not just the body.
The Shoot
We shot at a friend’s house, warm, lived-in, real. The kind of home that photographs like a breath out. Taupe, olive, blush: Sarah’s brand palette translated effortlessly into the space, and everything felt considered without being clinical.
We covered headshots, treatment images, and equipment styled in a home setting, exactly the kind of imagery that says this is what it feels like to book with me. Welcoming. Safe. Professional in the way that actually matters.
Sarah came in not having a single image of herself on social media. She leaves with a full library for her website and Instagram, and the confidence to show up in them.
