I think choosing her was the best decision of the entire wedding. I have cried a hundred times over looking at our photographs. Selecting the ones we wanted to print and put around our house was the most difficult decision. We loved every single photo. I can’t quite express how rare that is. We aren’t particularly photogenic people at all and yet every photo is faultless. She captured our happiness perfectly, shot after shot. We didn’t have to pose or take massive amounts of time out of our day, she just beautifully blended in to the background capturing every aspect and angle. Lisa was an absolute gem. So professional and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that she knew us as a couple and our hopes for our wedding style. She is a magical sort of human - instantly feels like your friend, has an eye for detail, seems to disappear but captures so much, and most incredibly of all, makes ordinary people look beautiful.

“We knew when we first started planning our wedding that we needed a photographer that we loved the work of, that captured the moment just perfectly and all the while keeping everything relaxed and unposed as we're not the most photogenic of people. Lisa was the perfect choice!   
We had an engagement photoshoot in the local woods with our dog Indy and it was the ideal way for us to meet Lisa for the first time in the flesh and settle any pre-wedding nerves. Not only was the shoot one of the best dog walks ever, but Lisa captured the very essence of who we are and of course Indy too. We both felt at total ease even though we're not usually very comfortable in front of the camera. We knew she was the right person for our wedding day!

Lisa was very thorough and checked important details before the big day so nothing was left to chance. When the big day came around, Lisa was a total natural with all our family and friends, she captured all the important big moments with a beautiful style, but also the little moments that could have easily been forgotten. She was so thoughtful and creative, and went above and beyond any of our expectations, we trusted her completely and we're so happy with the results. Someone once told us that the best photographers are the ones that you barely realise are there. That was Lisa.

“We chose Lisa as she was highly recommended by other photographers. We then looked at her website and her casual, candid style photos really appealed to us as neither of us are the 'posey' type of people. We also loved the fact that she had taken many wedding photographs with dogs.

Someone once told us that the best photographers are the ones that you barely realise are there. That was Lisa. She came to our home at around 9 and caught so many special moments without us even noticing; my dad pacing around the garden, the bridesmaids helping themselves to the prosecco and my mother fussing over my shoes. One thing we were both adamant about was that we did not want to waste hours and hours posing for photographs on the day. Yet we still wanted photos taken with family and friends. We honestly don't think that we spent more than 20 minutes total standing for those photos.
Lisa has outdone herself with the final photographs, as we were both busy having a good time she had managed to capture a vast amount of candid moments between our guests as well as some hilarious reactions and questionable dance moves. She also got some beautiful photographs of our venue and its settings.

My one piece of advice for future couples thinking of hiring Lisa would be to book an engagement shoot for a few weeks before the wedding. If we were being honest, we were both absolutely dreading it as the cringe levels would be at an all time high. Within minutes Lisa had us at ease, cracking jokes, telling stories and generally making us feel relaxed and comfortable. This then continued to the wedding day as she knew exactly how to make us feel relaxed and how to catch our 'best sides'. Diolch, diolch, diolch.”

“I remember having a discussion with Stefan about photography and him saying ‘I’m unsure about a photographer. I hate standing for forced photos that end up looking unnatural. All wedding photos end up looking to same to me’ I took this as my personal mission to prove him wrong. For me the photos were really important as those are the things that are going to last forever - these are the images you will show your children and grandchildren and you want them to be special, but still fit your personality.
I was looking for a photographer whose style was creative, natural and beautiful. When I found Lisa’s Instagram account, she ticked all those boxes, and I knew she had to be our wedding photographer.

Working with Lisa on the day was really lovely. She was so professional, even when things weren’t going quite so well in the morning (Burnt suits and missing cars!) Our Best Man still goes on about her amazing tool belt and says she was the coolest photographer ever!
She is just so lovely and she made the experience really fun. Thinking about the ladder not working, and Stefan whispering ‘asparagus’ in my ear to make me giggle for a photo still makes me laugh. We were completely relaxed and it shows in our photos. Lisa was a fantastic addition to our day.

When we saw the final photos we cried, lots. It was really lovely getting the sneak peaks the week after the wedding and were great for putting on our thank you cards.
We were so happy with the pictures, they looked so natural and not staged at all. Some amazing moments were captured of all our guests, which was really lovely because being a bride and groom is so crazy, you don’t manage to see everything; but we got to see them through our photos. I’ve had so many compliments from our friends and family saying the photos are some of the prettiest they’ve ever seen. Lisa, we can’t thank you enough for capturing our day. I still love flicking through the album.

“We heard about Lisa through a friend who was also a photographer. Straight away we just loved her natural style and friendly, down to earth approach to wedding photography. The people in Lisa's photos looked relaxed, and like themselves, not staged or awkward and that was exactly what we were after.

Lisa was just perfect on the day, helping us to relax and enjoy ourselves, answering any questions we had, and blending into the background. “We wanted to capture the day in a relaxed and creative way, without all of the usual formality. We didn’t have speeches, confetti, cake cutting or a first dance and so we wanted someone who was up for doing things a bit differently. I came across Lisa’s Instagram page and instantly loved her work, as did Ant - so many wonderful, colourful, creative and unusual shots that pulled on our heartstrings in a way that other photographers’ work hadn’t.
