I’m all about people, connection, and capturing the moments that truly matter. That’s what drew me to wedding photography in the first place—this beautiful job lets me be part of one of the happiest days of people’s lives, and that never gets old.
When I’m not photographing love stories, you’ll find me spending time with my wonderful husband, Luke, and our little boy, making memories together. I’m also slightly obsessed with books (I’m always in the middle of at least one!), love to travel, and will never say no to a good cup of tea with friends. And if you’re including your dog in your wedding, just know that I will be ridiculously excited—my own dog, Cooper (aka Mr Too), is part of the family, and I totally get how important they are!
ey I’m Lisa and I’m a creative and relaxed wedding photographer based in the wonderful County of Shropshire, but I shoot weddings all over the UK and beyond.
I’ve been photographing weddings for 10 years now, and in that time, I’ve learned that the best moments are the real ones—the tight hand squeezes, the uncontrollable laughter, the happy tears that catch you off guard. That’s what I’m there to capture.
I want you to be able to look back at your wedding photos and feel the love, joy, and energy of the day, just as it was. My approach is relaxed and natural—I won’t be rigidly directing every moment, but I’ll be there to gently guide you when needed, making sure you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.
If you asked me what my favourite thing about being a wedding photographer is, it would have to be knowing that the images I take will hold meaning for years to come. Whether they’re looked back on by you, your family, or even shared with loved ones in the future, they’ll be a reminder of the love and joy of your day. That’s the magic of what I do, and I’d be honoured to be part of your story.

I'm always on hand to help do up dresses, tie ties, attach buttonholes, move tables and chairs, to make sure you eat the canapés you've paid for and anything else you might need on your wedding day. I spend most of the wedding day blending in with your guests and capturing beautiful, natural photographs of you and your family and friends having a wonderful time. These types of shots are called candid photographs, they’re completely unposed and they’re always my favourite shots to take on a wedding day. There’s nearly always at least one person at a wedding who doesn’t like having their photograph taken, so generally the best way to get a beautiful photo of them laughing is to do this when they don’t know they’re having their picture taken. I always tell my couples to just simply ignore me (unless I speak to you!), the best feedback that I get from weddings is my couples saying they barely noticed I was there – that’s exactly what I’m aiming for to give you some really natural photographs from your wedding day.
My approach to couple portraits is really relaxed. I don’t do any awkward posing and you certainly won’t be spending the entire time looking at the camera! It’s really as simple as having a cuddle, having a chat and having a laugh together. I may well ask you to say silly things to each other to make each other laugh and there’s a good chance I’ll make myself look a bit of a fool but I promise, just trust the process and your photographs will be beautiful.
Most of my couples would describe me as a friend on their wedding day. I'm not just there to capture every part of your day, I'm there to celebrate with you too.

Lisa is phenomenal. She makes you laugh, takes away any awkwardness or nerves you may feel about being photographed, she is kind, friendly, hilarious, and I can honestly say she is just my friend now and I was in some ways gutted she wasn't just a guest at the wedding that I could party away with and she had to work haha If you need a wedding photographer, you need Lisa. We both absolutely adore her and she brought so much laughter and amazingness to our day just by being a part of it!
