Meg & John’s Beautiful Wedding at High Ercall Church & Pimhill Barn

Meg & John’s wedding day was one of those special celebrations that felt full of heart from start to finish. Set in the lovely village of High Ercall, they tied the knot in the most meaningful way — surrounded by family, friends, and even their gorgeous dog, Amos.

What made their ceremony extra unique and emotional was that John’s dad was the vicar who officiated. Watching him lead his son and daughter-in-law through their vows was such a beautiful and personal moment — not a dry eye in sight.

After the ceremony, Amos joined the celebrations, and let’s just say he stole the show! He proudly posed for portraits and soaked up all the fuss and cuddles. I absolutely love when couples include their pets — they’re such a big part of the family and bring a joyful, relaxed energy to the day.

The reception took place at the stunning Pimhill Barn, a dreamy space filled with rustic charm and bathed in soft natural light. It was the perfect backdrop for their relaxed celebration, full of laughter, happy tears, and heartfelt speeches.

The florals by Edwina Lowe were nothing short of breathtaking. Wild, romantic, and perfectly suited to the barn’s natural elegance — they added a fresh, whimsical feel to the day. From the bouquets to the flower arch at church, every detail was thoughtfully styled and brought the space to life.

Meg & John’s day was filled with so much love and personality. It was a real honour to capture their story — from the emotion of the church ceremony to dancing under the fairy lights at Pimhill.

To Meg & John — thank you for letting me be part of your beautiful day. And to Amos — you were the best four-legged wedding guest ever.
