If you’re dreaming of a relaxed Warborne Farm wedding surrounded by sunshine, laughter and your favourite people, Jason and Spencer’s day is sure to inspire you. Their Warborne Farm wedding in July 2022 was the perfect blend of joy, style and heartfelt moments, the kind of celebration that reminds me exactly why I love documentary wedding photography.

A Laid-Back Celebration at Warborne Farm
From the moment I arrived at Warborne Farm in Hampshire, it was clear this was going to be something special. Jason and Spencer had made it clear from their first enquiry: “Relaxed is a big word, we don’t want family groups or anything formal.”
And that’s exactly what they created, a wedding day that flowed effortlessly, filled with genuine emotion, spontaneous laughter and zero posing.
Warborne Farm is such a beautiful space for a relaxed celebration. With its rustic barns, open fields and warm, welcoming atmosphere, it perfectly suits couples who want to do things their own way. It’s the kind of venue that feels both stylish and unpretentious, the perfect canvas for a natural, documentary approach.
An Outdoor Ceremony Full of Heart
The ceremony took place outdoors under glorious summer sunshine, surrounded by fields and flowers. One of their close friends led the ceremony, which made it feel incredibly personal and meaningful. Guests gathered in a semi-circle, drinks in hand, smiling and soaking in the atmosphere, exactly the kind of easy going vibe that makes a Warborne Farm wedding so special.
Dahlias, Sunshine and Pure Joy
Everywhere you looked, there were stunning dahlias in bold, joyful colours, adding bursts of warmth to the already golden light. The styling was effortlessly elegant, nothing overdone, just beautiful details that reflected Jason and Spencer’s personalities.
As a photographer, I was in my element. Shooting purely documentary meant I could focus entirely on capturing the story as it unfolded, the glances, the laughter, the movement, the emotion.
Kind Words from the Couple
When I sent over their sneak peeks, I received the loveliest message:
“Lisa, just wow! The sneak peeks are GREAT. Truly, just what we wanted.”
Hearing that meant the world, especially knowing how much thought they’d put into having a wedding that truly reflected them.
Why I Love Warborne Farm Weddings
Warborne Farm weddings have a certain magic about them. There’s space for guests to relax, laugh and explore, with beautiful backdrops around every corner. Whether it’s an outdoor ceremony under blue skies or a candlelit dinner in the barn, the atmosphere is always warm and full of heart.
For photographers who love natural light, real moments and creative freedom, it’s a dream venue. I’d absolutely love to photograph another Warborne Farm wedding, so if you’re planning your day there, I’d love to hear from you.
